Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cyber Square Solutions Inc. (“Cyber Square”) handles personal information collected through cybersquare.ca. It is written to follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).
What we collect
When you ask for a proposal, we collect what you type into the form: your name, role, school email, school name, city, the grades and format you are interested in, when you would like to start, and any message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign tags in the web address (for example, utm_source).
To stop spam, we check each request with Cloudflare Turnstile and keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address for up to one day, to limit repeated requests. We never store your internet address itself.
How we use it
- To reply to you and send the proposal you asked for.
- To keep a record of our conversations with your school.
- To send occasional updates about programs and events — only if you ticked the box that says so. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We never sell your information.
Where it is stored, and who helps us
Form information is stored in a database hosted in Canada (Montréal) by Supabase. We use a small number of service providers only to run this website:
- Supabase: database and form processing (Canada)
- Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection
- Resend: sending our reply and confirmation emails
- Google Firebase Hosting: serving this website
- Google Analytics: anonymous visit statistics (cookies only if you allow them)
- YouTube: videos, only when you press play
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to learn which pages are read, so we can improve the site. Unless you choose “Allow” in the bar at the bottom of the page, it runs without cookies and only counts visits anonymously. If you choose “Allow”, it may use analytics cookies. We never use it for advertising. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser.
Videos
Videos on this site load from YouTube only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
